Ruling With Intellect Not Emotion

A person who is governed more by intellectual desire bases their decisions more on reality instead of allowing their emotions to drive them to make a decision. A person governed more by intellectual decisions than by emotional decisions is the President of the United States. The President has to do what is best for the country, and cannot let his emotions get in the way. His job involves special attention to detail and extensive reliance on intellect.

There are positive consequences for relying more on your intellect than your emotions. One of the positives of relying more on intellect rather than emotions is the fact that it is most the time the smarter decision To accomplish goals, it is important to not let emotions get in the way. If you have a desire for something, go for it and do not let your emotions for other people stop you. If you rely on your intellect, then you will do what is best for you rather than what you feel for other people.

There are also negetive consequences for relying more on your intellect than your emotions. One of the negatives is that it will always have a bad reprecussion on someone, because someone will have to take the hurt Even though it's important to stay focused and think things through, totally disregarding people's feelings is not the best move to make either. You can push friends away and become lonely in the long run. You have to do what's best for you, but also keep others in mind.

Companionship

It is important to love and be loved because it fills a natural void in the human heart. Companionship is important because having another person, a mate, allows for love thus filling that void. Companionship is also important because being alone often makes the void in the heart even bigger than it would be without love. Thirdly love is an important part of the human existence because without love there would just be hate, ultimately the world would be destroyed without it because everyone would hate each other

Another reason love and being loved is important is because without love human existence would be miserable and full of war. One example why compassion is needed is to improve the lives of other people. If someone sees someone who needs help, they will most likely help them out instead of dxoffing at them. Another example why compassion is important is so people will not constantly be in war. It makes the world a much more pleasant place instead of it bring full of destruction. A third example why compassion is imporant is to make life happier for everyone. If they have someone to love, then it will make lit a lot easier to take when hard times come their way.

The last reason love and being loved is mportant is because humans have such a great capability of loving and receiving love from others. It is human nature to be drawn to those who treat you well and show you compassion. Having people who you love and who love you makes hardships and obstacles in life easier to overcome. Happiness and joy are also better when shared with loved ones. When nurtured in an environment of love, humans have the ability to achieve great things.

Rejection

If you got rejected in nba you would feel not as bad because it happens to every one and it leads to great plays. If your teammate is there the drive would not go to waste. You would just have to let it go and get back on defense. The next time you have the ball you will have to be more careful. Sometimes rejection can be hard but you just have to get over it.

Responsibility

My definition of responsibility is being responsible for ones actions. Everyone has had responsibilities but some people ignore them or blame it on somebody else. Ones characteristics can affect how they handle responsibility.

A story of responsibility. I borrowed the movie "Yes Man" from my friend Jamal and he said he wanted it back in a month. I watched the movie about 300 time during the 2 weeks. My best friend Austin came over and we started watching "Yes Man". His mom told him to go home, so he asked to borrow the movie to finish the movie. Without asking Jamal, I said yes and gave him the movie. A week later he returned the movie broken. Austin and I tried to find a copy of the movie so we could give it to Jamal, but we could not find one and I took responsibility and gave him money for a new movie.

I am responsible for part of the movie breaking. The reason is because I was the only one who should have had it at my house. Austin is mostly responsible for the broken movie. He could have prevented what ever happened to the movie.
